RETURNS
ALL ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, AND HAVE ALL ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING INTACT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN. ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED ON SALE OR DURING SPECIAL PROMOTIONS MIGHT NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. FOR HYGIENE REASONS, PERSONALIZED ITEMS, SOCKS, AND UNDERWEAR ARE NON-RETURNABLE. DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE ALSO NON-REFUNDABLE.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURNED ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE CONDITIONS. IF YOUR RETURN IS REJECTED, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU VIA EMAIL.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE IS NOT COVERED BY US.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITHIN 14 DAYS WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY REASON. THE CANCELLATION PERIOD STARTS ON THE DAY YOU, OR A THIRD PARTY NOMINATED BY YOU (OTHER THAN THE CARRIER), TAKES POSSESSION OF THE GOODS.
TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF CANCELLATION, PLEASE USE OUR WITHDRAWAL FORM OR SEND US A CLEAR STATEMENT TO SHOP@IOANNES.EU.
CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER, WE WILL REFUND ALL PAYMENTS RECEIVED FROM YOU, EXCLUDING ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS FROM SELECTING A NON-STANDARD DELIVERY OPTION. WE WILL ISSUE THE REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE. THE REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED USING THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD YOU ORIGINALLY USED UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED UPON. YOU WON’T BE CHARGED ANY FEES FOR THIS REFUND BUT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING THE DIRECT COSTS OF RETURNING THE ITEMS.
WE MAY WITHHOLD THE REFUND UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED THE RETURNED GOODS OR YOU HAVE PROVIDED PROOF OF RETURN, WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST.
YOU MUST RETURN THE GOODS TO US IMMEDIATELY, AND NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU NOTIFY US OF YOUR CANCELLATION. THE DEADLINE IS MET IF YOU SEND THE GOODS BEFORE THE 30-DAY PERIOD EXPIRES.
YOU ARE ONLY LIABLE FOR ANY DIMINISHED VALUE OF THE GOODS IF THIS IS DUE TO UNNECESSARY HANDLING TO ESTABLISH THEIR NATURE, CHARACTERISTICS, OR FUNCTIONING.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION DOES NOT APPLY TO CONTRACTS FOR THE DELIVERY OF:
- GOODS THAT ARE MADE TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS OR ARE CLEARLY PERSONALIZED.
- SEALED GOODS THAT ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR RETURN FOR HEALTH PROTECTION OR HYGIENE REASONS, IF THE SEAL HAS BEEN REMOVED AFTER DELIVERY.
- DIGITAL PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN DOWNLOADED AFTER PURCHASE.
